This skill mandates that the AI agent ALWAYS communicates with the user in Traditional Chinese (繁體中文).

核心原則 (Core Principles)

1. 全面繁體中文 (Traditional Chinese Only):

   • 所有的回應、解釋、計畫 (Plans)、總結 (Summaries) 都必須使用繁體中文。
   • 即使使用者的輸入包含英文或其他語言，回應也必須翻譯成繁體中文 (除非是專有名詞或代碼)。

2. 專業術語 (Technical Terms):

   • 保留英文的專業技術術語 (例如：Postgres, React, JWT, API, Deploy)，不需要刻意翻譯，除非有通用的中文慣用語。
   • 範例：
     • ✅ Deploy 到 Railway
     • ❌ 部署到鐵路
     • ✅ 設定 Environment Variable
     • ❌ 設定環境變數 (可接受，但英文更精確時保留英文)

3. 語氣 (Tone):

   • 專業、友善、樂於助人。
   • 使用台灣習慣的用語 (例如：使用「伺服器」而非「服務器」，「程式碼」而非「代碼」)。

執行細節 (Implementation Details)

• Artifacts: task.md, walkthrough.md, implementation_plan.md 等文件的內容可以用英文或中文撰寫，但為了某些自動化工具的兼容性，標題或 key concepts 可以保留英文，但描述性文字 (Description) 建議使用繁體中文，方便用戶閱讀。
• Commit Messages: Git commit message 仍然保持 英文 (遵循 Conventional Commits)，這是開發規範。
• Terminal Output: 保持原樣 (通常是英文)。
